Question: This error might occur in Outlook when trying to send an encrypted mail to a person that is not yet using REDDCRYPT.
Solution: The following steps are required as a work around until the problem is solved with a new addin:
- Delete the REDDCRYPT Account in the REDDCRYPT Addin Settings
- Close Outlook
- Delete the file accounts.json that is locatet at %appdata%\REDDOXX\REDDCRYPT for Windows\Common
- Start Outlook and add your existing Account in the REDDCRYPT Addin
